Include what you expected, what happened, the roof or member affected, and the steps that reproduce it.

In the workspace, use Help → Bug report to download a report. Check its contents before attaching it.

Your information

Ask to access, correct or delete personal information, close your account, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify that the account is yours.

A roof detail

Include the connection reference and a screenshot with any unnecessary client details removed. Geometry checks and support replies are not structural approval.
